85 corvette help..

hey corvette lovers,

 

i am new to the corvette life style and just bought my first corvette a month ago and loving it.. i have an 85 corvette and i am having trouble with one of the headlight. They both open up but when i turn the lights off, both close as they should but the passenger side headlight keeps going and the motor will not stop going. it just keeps making a grinding noise..

 

some say its the relay and some say its the gears??? any suggestions and advice will be appreciated.. thanx

To me it sounds like the gear.
